    World Taekwondo Championships Guadalajara: Day3

Bradly Sinden ready to put world taekwondo title in Guadalajara.

Reigning champions Bradley Sinden (-68k) will also be looking to retain their titles after making the podium in Tokyo 2020.

“The world championships are one of the two pinnacles of the sport and we have had to wait an extra year to get this chance,” said Bradly Sinden, a taekwondo star of GB taekwondo.

    That’s right.

After Manchester in 2019, the Taekwondo World Championships were pushed back by another year due to Covid and the athletes could gather again after three years.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t see the result we expected on Day2, but we look forward to his medal today.

    World Taekwondo Championships Guadalajara: Day2

Today, men-87kg, women-67kg, and women-62kg will be held. In particular, there will be a match between Great Britain’s rising star Lauren Williams, and Cheick Sallah Cisse, an experienced athlete who manages the game. Both athletes are Team DAEDO taekwondo.

The women’s 67kg will also be hotly contested.

The battle for gold is expected to be exciting and intense, with the participation of Serbia’s Matea Jelic (Olympic champion in Tokyo 2020), Lauren Williams (silver at the last Games) and Ruth Gbagbi (bronze), as well as two-time Olympic medalist (silver and bronze) Magda Wiet Henin, from France, who won the Grand Prix in Rome.

Previously, Lauren participated in the Tokyo Olympics and got good results, but it was hard to feel that she attended it because it was a special Olympics without spectators. This time, we hope she can get a satisfactory result with the audience’s support and energy.

It’s a category expected to be very competitive, but we hope everyone can show their best that they don’t regret.

It is also worth noting the men’s-87kg class, which includes our experienced athlete Cisse.

Iran’s Abolfazi Abbasi Pouya, the 2019 Cadet champion and reigning Junior World Champion will also be one to watch out for as he looks to make his debut in the -87kg senior category. But this is also a category packed with talent, with the participation of Icaro Miguel Soares (Brazil), silver medalist at the 2019 World Championships; Rio 2016 Olympic champion Cheick Sallah Cisse; and Croatian Ivan Spina, champion at the 2022 Mediterranean Games.

All games are being streamed live now, so why don’t you check out the link below? (World Taekwondo)

DAEDO, the Official Sponsor for World Taekwondo Championships 2022 in Mexico

DAEDO, a WT-recognized Taekwondo PSS brand, is once again sponsoring the World Taekwondo Championships, which will start from the 13th of November to the 20th in Guadalajara, Mexico. DAEDO PSS was previously adopted in both World Taekwondo Championships 2022 in Mexico, following the 21st World Taekwondo Championships in 2013.

The World Taekwondo Championships are the highest-rated G14 competition except for the Olympics, the highest-rated G20. If the ranking points are the same for the Olympic qualification, the competition is important as an athlete who wins ranking points in a high-rated competition secures to qualify. This competition is significant as it will be held for the first time in three years since Manchester in 2019 due to the postponement caused by Covid-19.

The competition will consist of eight weight classes for men and women, and 755 athletes from 122 countries, including refugee teams, will compete. Italy’s Vito Dell’Aquila, who won the men’s -58kg gold medal at the last Tokyo Olympics, British Taekwondo star Bradley Sinden, who is continuing his rise to second place in the -68kg world rankings, and women’s -67kg GB taekwondo’s rising star Lauren Williams are notable.

The Taekwondo World Championships in Guadalajara will use DAEDO’s certified PSS system. Many athletes from various countries, including Spain, Britain, France, Italy, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Colombia, will wear DAEDO’s New WT Taekwondo Competition Uniforms, which were introduced for the first time since the Tokyo Olympics and had good feedback by Olympic athletes.

“We will do our best to ensure that the first Taekwondo World Championship since the COVID-19 break is successful, and we will do our best to make sure that all the elite athletes perform well, as they had a lot of difficulties during the Covid pandemic, “said Park Chuen-wook, chairman of DAEDO.

DAEDO maintains exclusive sponsorship contracts for four regions among five regional federations of WT and one non-exclusive sponsorship contract with one region.

Here’s how to know which is the Best Martial Art for you

It’s a post for you, or your child, who wants to enter the world of martial arts, whatever your first motivation.

If you’re considering taking up martial arts, it’s a decision that could positively change your life. Martial arts is one of the most incredible lifestyle and fitness programs available and will not only get you in good shape possible but also empower you with the value of martial arts.

martial art, basic dobok, basic judogi, basic karategi

Are you still thinking about whether to start or not?

Want to start martial arts but haven’t got a clue where to start?

There are various sports in the world of martial arts. Each has a variety, such as a body used a lot and a range of bodies they can train. First, let’s find the best martial arts that fit you. Here we introduce the four best martial arts for a healthy body and mind. We hope you find the right one for you. Let’s jump on in!

    #1. Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a modern martial art created and originated in Korea. Taekwondo isn’t only martial art; it’s a way of life.

It aims to effectively subdue the other person by using hands, feet, and other body parts, but it’s more kicking-based than other martial arts mentioned below. Beyond kicks, it teaches you the value of martial art, which includes respect, discipline, patience, and focus.

There are many Taekwondo clubs in Korea and every country as it helps children’s growth and adults’ mental and physical training. Taekwondo can not only have a healthy body by moving its whole body but also have a healthy mind through training.

    #2. Karate

sandra sanchez, karateka, daedo karate, karategi, daedo karategi

Karate is a Japanese martial art developed in the Ryukyu kingdom under the influence of Chinese martial arts. It means “Empty hand” in Japanese.

Karate is predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands, and palm-heel strikes.

Karate is the most popular martial arts in the world. Karate promotes self-discipline, builds strength, flexibility, and agility, and instills values of honor.

Also, karate is worth practicing alone. Many karatekas find that doing it gives them a sense of focus and tranquillity.

    #3. Judo

judo, judoka, daedo judo, judogi color, niko

Japanese martial arts, meaning  “the gentle way,” judo teaches you that fighting doesn’t have to involve punches or kicks. It is a gripping-focused martial art.

Judo is about using your opponent’s momentum and weight against them. The throws, trips, and joint locks you learn help develop coordination and strength.

Beyond the physical benefits, judo is also good for your healthy mind! According to one study, practicing judo can improve your overall happiness.

    #4. MMA(Mixed Martial Arts)

martial art, mma, mma daedo, mma shorts

MMA is arguably the ultimate martial art for improving your physical health. Of course, it’s slightly different from the three martial arts mentioned. If the three focus on training rather than actual fighting, MMA is a variety of martial arts that help in actual fighting, and the fight takes place in the Octagon. Now, let’s not talk about anything else because you’re at the beginning of training, not trying to fight in the Octagon.

Since it incorporates numerous techniques, striking and grappling, you’ll need to use almost every muscle in your body. Training sessions alternate between cardio, strength training, and technical drills. It’s one of the fastest and most fun ways to lose weight and get in shape.

Or just tap into your closest local club

club, martial art club, taekwondo club, tatami, judo club, judo dojo, karate club

Above all, people who train together are important. In addition, as you have to train steadily, the club must be nearby. Don’t sit down any longer and look for clubs around you. Your life will change.
