– ¿Qué piensas cuando estás en el Tatami? What do you think when you are at Tatami? 

En el tatami paso muchas horas diarias, y diferentes momentos. Intento siempre disfrutar de estar encima de un tatami, y cuando es en competición pienso en mi estrategia y en darme mensajes motivantes. I spend many hours a day on the tatami, and different moments. I always try to enjoy being on the tatami, and when it is in competition I think about my strategy and motivational messages

– ¿Qué significa el taekwondo/karate/judo para ti? What does taekwondo/karate/judo mean to you? 

Para mi significa mi estilo de vida. Me ha dado unos valores que me acompañaran para siempre. Y me siento orgulloso de ser Judoka. A aparte de todo lo que me ha permitido viajar y conocer gente maravillosa. For me it means my way of life. It has given me values that will stay with me forever. And I feel proud to be a Judoka. Apart from everything it has allowed me to travel and meet wonderful people.

– ¿Cuentas con algún ritual o superstición antes de competir? Could you please share your ritual or superstition before competition? 

no cuento con ninguno. Intento mantener todo lo que depende de ni bajo control. Pero no hay nada especial que haga. I don’t count on any. I try to keep everything that depends on me under control. But there is nothing special that I do.

– ¿Cual sería tu consejo para las nuevas generaciones de deportistas? What is your advice for new generation athletes? 

que disfruten cada momento que es irrepetible. Que entrenen duro este deporte es muy exigente. To enjoy every moment that is unrepeatable. That they train hard, this sport is very demanding.

– ¿Cuál es tu motto? What is your mottos? 

Dar mi maximo en cada combate. Give my best in every fight

– Desde qué edad practicas artes marciales: From what age you started the martial arts:

Practico judo desde los cinco años,  I have been practicing judo since I was five years old.

– ¿Cuál es tu Dobok/karategui/judgi favorito? What is your favorite Daedo product? Mi judogui de competición es mi producto favorito, con el me siento genial en cada combate . My competition judogi is my favorite product, with it I feel great in every fight.
