In collaboration with Daedo Japan, we are delighted to announce the newest members in Team Daedo Japan. Aika Okazaki and Ruan Mukai, two of the most promising karatekas in Japan.

As the origin of karate, Japan embodies the heritage and the spirit of discipline. Daedo has always shared a deep respect for its culture, excellence, and sporting values. Daedo Japan plays an essential role in bringing the brand closer to Japanese athletes and supporting their journey.
Joining Team Daedo Japan, Aika Okazaki recently claimed the No. 1 ranking in the women’s kumite -50 kg category at the Karate One Premier League Rabat 2026, competing in Daedo’s complete karategi and protective equipment.
A two-time Japanese national champion, Aika continues to showcase her exceptional talent and determination on the international stage.

Ruan Mukai has established herself as one of Japan’s most promising karate athletes, consistently delivering strong performances in the Women’s Kumite -55 kg division. Now, as she begins a new chapter with Team Daedo Japan, Ruan will continue her journey wearing Daedo’s complete karategi and protective equipment.

The addition of Aika Okazaki and Ruan Mukai reflects Daedo Japan’s commitment to supporting elite karate while strengthening the connection between the brand and Japan’s outstanding athletes.
